Booked in advance, not flagged down
We are a private chauffeur service, not a metered rank taxi. That difference is the whole point: there is no meter ticking in traffic, no queue at the rank, and no wondering which car is yours. You have a time, a place, a vehicle and a price, all agreed in writing beforehand.
It also means we cannot be hailed on the street. Every ride starts with a message, even if that message arrives twenty minutes before you need us.
Where we collect you
Anywhere you can give us an address. In practice, most rides start at one of a handful of places, and each has its own quirk we plan around.
- Hotels: we pull up at the entrance and come in to find you if the kerb is busy.
- Home addresses: including the narrow lanes in the old town where a larger vehicle needs a nearby drop point.
- Offices and meeting venues: we wait out of the way and come round when you message.

- Zurich HB and the other stations: tell us the platform arrival time rather than the departure time.
One car, one party
The Mercedes-Benz V-Class is a large van, which sounds unglamorous until you are three people with four suitcases, or a family with a pram, or two colleagues who need to keep talking on the way. Everyone sits facing forward with room to spare, the bags go behind rather than on your lap, and the cabin is quiet enough for a phone call.
You never share it. The vehicle is yours for the journey you booked.
Getting around the city
Zurich is compact and the traffic is predictable if you know it, which mostly means knowing what to avoid: the Bellevue and Central junctions at the wrong hour, the lake road on the first warm Saturday of the year, the streets around the Hauptbahnhof during an event.
We check the route before setting off and plan to be a few minutes early rather than exactly on time. If the roads look bad, we leave earlier and tell you why.
How to book
Send a WhatsApp message to +41 77 259 19 78 with four things: where we collect you, where you are going, the date and the time. If you are travelling with more than a couple of bags or need a child seat, say so in the same message.
We reply personally, usually within the hour, with the price and the details. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

Common questions
Can I book a Zurich taxi in advance?
Yes, and it is the only way we work. Same-day requests are usually fine, and a day or two of notice means we can guarantee the time. For an early-morning airport run, the evening before is ideal.
How much does a ride in Zurich cost?
It depends on the distance, the time of day and how long we are with you. Tell us the journey on WhatsApp and we will send you a clear price before you confirm anything. No meter, no surprises at the end.
Do you provide hotel pickup in Zurich?
Yes. Give us the hotel name and the time, and we will be at the entrance. If you would rather we came to reception, say so and we will.
How many people can travel together?
The V-Class comfortably takes a small group and their luggage. Tell us how many of you there are and what you are carrying, and we will confirm it fits before you book.
Can you wait for me and drive me back?
Yes. Plenty of journeys are a there-and-back with a wait in between: a dinner, an appointment, a viewing. Tell us roughly how long and we will quote for the whole thing.
