Who is responsible

Visiting this website

When you open the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the website securely and is not used to identify you.

We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from this website, so browsing it sends no requests to third parties.

Stored on your device

After you've watched the opening animation, your browser keeps a small timestamp in local storage (namedaeroswisscab:intro-seen) so the animation isn't replayed on your next visit within 30 days. Your language and light or dark theme choice are stored the same way. These stay on your device and you can clear them in your browser settings at any time.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp, the message is transmitted and processed by WhatsApp (a Meta company) under its own privacy policy. If you call us, we see your phone number. We use your name, number, message and trip details only to answer you and to arrange and carry out your ride.

We keep booking correspondence for as long as it's needed for your ride and for our legal record-keeping obligations, and then delete it.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details above.

We may update this notice when our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
